MLK’s Mobile On-site Control Valve Training Facility
The Control Valve Training Facility is designed to mimic a typical water system.
The live system features a 100-gallon storage tank and a 5-HP pump.
There are 4 pressure zones built into the mobile lab, along with an altitude valve. Two work stations are provided to allow hands-on troubleshooting and valve repair. We incorporated the Singer Single Point Insertion Flow Metering Valve with a wall-mounted panel readout into the system to prove its accuracy against a standard magnetic flow meter.
We bring the system to your facility for hands-on control valve training. Operators will learn the principles of water pressure management, control valve troubleshooting and repair.
